Pick the distance that scares you a little, then train for it. From the 2.5km Dash to the 10km Elite, every athlete runs and earns their strength challenges on the same open-air track, October 2, 2026 at Wings Sports Centre, Mumbai.

The 8 strength stations

Asymmetrical, rotational movement rooted in traditional Indian training. Earned, not bought. Each format works through a subset of these stations, scaling from 5 (Dash) to all 8 (Elite).
