A foundational certification for fitness coaches and movement enthusiasts to unlock rotational strength, asymmetrical loading, and flow-based training techniques using clubs, mace, and rope.

FOUNDATION PROGRAMME

1. Flow Training Protocols

• Principles of rotational & asymmetrical strength


• Flow warm-ups, joint mobility & rope coordination


• 15+ foundational club & mace movements


• Grips, transitions, swing mechanics

 

2. Rotational Strength Protocol

• Loaded mace rotation patterns  (180°, 360°, pendulums)


• One-hand & two-hand swing techniques


• Sequencing, power generation & control

• Movement patterns to flow sequence 

 

3. Asymmetrical Strength Protocol

• Unilateral & offset strength training


• 5+ key asymmetric workouts


• Cross-body activation & real-world strength patterns

RO:AR CERTIFIED TRAINER

After the foundation session, you enter the  ROAR Assessment Programme, testing:


• Flow Mechanics

•Rotational skill mastery

• Asymmetrical strength

• Cueing & coaching

After which earn the title:

ROAR Certified Trainer

This foundational training sets the stage for practitioners to understand the science of rotational movement, the mechanics of asymmetric loading, and the neural benefits of flow training, ultimately preparing them for the next stage:
