RO:AR—short for Rotational, Asymmetrical, and Running
The RO:AR
RO:AR is not your average fitness race—it’s a primal test of endurance, grit, and raw functional strength. Designed for the bold, the disciplined, and the relentless, RO:AR takes place on a traditional 400m athletic track, where every lap isn't just about distance—it's a confrontation with your own limits.
The format features 10 kilometers of running, broken up by seven distinct fitness challenges that aren’t just about brute force—they're strategically crafted around rotational and asymmetrical strength patterns. Each challenge demands 100 reps, pushing athletes into fatigue while testing stability, coordination, and muscular endurance in ways traditional workouts can't.
movement over machines
flow over formality
resilience over repetition
